Orders and fulfillment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, availability issues, or pricing errors. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation when your order leaves our facility.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays and events outside our control may affect timing.

Shipping fees

Unless otherwise shown at checkout, standard shipping is a flat $6.99 per order.

Delivery, risk of loss, and address accuracy

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery as indicated by the carrier’s tracking.
• Provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
• Inspect your package upon arrival and contact us promptly if something is missing or damaged.

Pricing, taxes, and availability

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes and any applicable fees are calculated and shown at checkout where required.
• We strive for accuracy, but a small number of items may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than shown, we may contact you before shipping or cancel your order and refund you.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our separate Returns Policy available on our site. These Terms should be read together with that policy.

User content (reviews, photos, suggestions)

• By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content on our site, social channels, and marketing materials, in connection with our business.
