Shipping & Delivery

We keep shipping simple and predictable. Every order includes tracking, careful packing, and clear updates from checkout to delivery.

Shipping Fee

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate per order.
  • Additional delivery options may appear at checkout when available; pricing will be shown before you pay.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding carrier and national holidays. During peak periods, processing may extend by 1–2 business days.

Tracking

  • Tracking details are emailed as soon as your label is created.
  • It can take up to 24 hours for a new tracking number to start showing movement.
  • You can reply to any order email if you need help reading a tracking scan.

Split Shipments

To get available items to you sooner, we may ship your order in multiple packages. You won’t be charged extra shipping for split shipments initiated by us.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays.
  • If you need to change the shipping address, contact [email protected] immediately. We can update it before the order ships; after shipment, rerouting is usually not possible.
  • Some carriers can’t deliver to P.O. boxes. If that affects your order, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.

Delivery Issues

  • Marked delivered but not received: Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/household, and look around entry areas. If still missing, email [email protected] with your order number.
  • Damaged items on arrival: Keep all packaging and email photos plus your order number so we can assist.
  • No tracking movement for several days: Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we’ll notify you. You can choose:

  • Reship to a corrected address (additional shipping fee may apply), or
  • Cancel the order. The original shipping fee is not refundable for undeliverable packages.

Notes

  • We ship to most addresses serviceable by our carrier partners. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasonal volume can extend delivery times.
  • For high-value orders, we may require a signature at delivery at our discretion to protect your purchase.
