We want you to love the fit and feel of your pieces. If something isn’t right, our team will help you return or exchange it quickly and fairly.

Return window and eligibility

Exchange options

  • Like-for-like exchanges (size/color of the same style) are available if stock permits after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Fastest option: place a new order for the item you want now; return the original for a refund once received and inspected.
  • Outbound shipping for an exchange ships at our standard rate of $6.99, waived if the exchange is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Return costs

  • Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective.
  • We can provide a return label on request; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return/exchange, and the reason. For defects/damage, include clear photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions with an RMA number. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
  4. Once delivered to our returns team, allow 2–3 business days for inspection.

Condition checks we perform

  • Tags attached and original packaging included where applicable
  • No signs of wear, washing, alterations, or odors
  • No stains (including makeup, deodorant), pet hair, or damage
  • Footwear in original box with clean soles

Items that fail inspection will be returned to you and no refund issued.

Refunds

Refunds exclude original shipping ($6.99) and any optional return label fees.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Exchange/replacement shipping fees are waived in these cases.

Gifts and store credit

Returning a gift? We can issue store credit to a digital gift card instead of refunding the original payment method. Please mention it in your email.
