Checkout security

Authorizations and charges

For card payments, your bank may place a temporary authorization when you submit your order. If the order is accepted, the charge is captured. If the order is not completed, the authorization typically expires automatically—timing depends on your bank.

When a payment fails

If your payment doesn’t go through, try the steps below. Most issues resolve quickly.

Receipts and confirmations

  • After a successful payment, we email your order confirmation to the address provided at checkout. Check spam/junk if you don’t see it.
  • Your finalized receipt is included with the confirmation or once your order is processed.
