Order Cancellation Policy

We start preparing orders quickly—typically within 1 business day. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

When can I cancel?

Order stage Can it be canceled? What to expect
Pending (not yet processed) Yes Request cancellation immediately. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing (picking/packing or label created) Unlikely We’ll try to stop the order, but it may have already moved to dispatch. If we can’t halt it, cancellation won’t be possible at this stage.
Shipped (tracking available) No Once shipped, orders can’t be canceled. You may request a return after delivery subject to our standard return rules.

What counts as “processing”?

  • Your order has been sent to our warehouse team for picking/packing, or
  • A shipping label or tracking has been created, or
  • We’ve begun any steps that prepare your items for dispatch.

How to request a cancellation

Email [email protected] with the subject line: Cancel Order #[your order number]. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name and shipping address
  • The item(s) you want to cancel (if partial)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We’ll confirm by email whether the cancellation was successful or advise on next steps.

Refunds for canceled orders

  • Approved before processing: We refund the full amount to your original payment method, including any shipping charge collected.
  • Partial cancellations before processing: We refund the canceled item(s). If the change affects shipping costs, we’ll adjust accordingly.
  • After processing or shipment: Cancellation isn’t possible. You may request a return after delivery in line with our standard return rules.

Refund timing

Credit/Debit Card (processed via Stripe or Airwallex) 3–10 business days, depending on your bank
PayPal Same day to 3 business days to your PayPal balance or original funding source

We’ll email you a confirmation once a refund is issued.

Address changes and order edits

  • Before processing: We can usually update your shipping address or edit items. Email us immediately.
  • After shipment: We can’t change the address. You may contact the carrier directly for options, though re-routing isn’t guaranteed.

When we may cancel an order

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if:

  • We can’t verify payment or we suspect unauthorized activity
  • An item becomes unavailable
  • The shipping address is incomplete or undeliverable and we can’t reach you
  • Operational constraints prevent us from fulfilling the order

If this happens, we’ll notify you at the email used during checkout.
